Patient Summary
A 52yr/Male,weighing 62kg,
Diagnosis: Right renal calculus.
Planned procedure: RIRS(Uro).
Comorbidities:

    • Coronary artery disease, status post PTCA with stenting (2019)
    • NYHA Class I
    • No history of diabetes or hypertension documented.\

Preoperative evaluation:

  • ECG: Sinus rhythm
  • Echocardiography: LVEF ~60%, Grade I LV diastolic dysfunction
  • Chest X-ray: No major acute abnormality reported

ASA Physical Status: II
Regional Anaesthesia Technique
Ultrasound-guided Quadratus Lumborum (QL) block was performed as part of multimodal analgesia for perioperative pain management before RIRS.
